London, 24 December 2008 – The Company was notified on 23 December 2008, that on that date Stuart Morris, a Non-Executive Director of Mwana Africa PLC, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 3.348p per share.
Following this transaction, Stuart Morris has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 150,000 shares.
