London, 14th January 2008 – The Company was notified on 9th January 2008 that, with effect from 8th January 2008, the percentage holding of voting rights attaching to the Company’s issued ordinary share capital of Artemis Investment Management Ltd and certain of its investment clients, had reduced to 5.61 percent. Their total holding remains at 18,797,885 ordinary shares to which voting rights are attached although, following the issue of ordinary shares by the Company in connection with the SouthernEra acquisition, this has reduced their overall percentage holding to below 6 percent of the voting rights attaching to the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
